Menai Civil worked on this innovative project on behalf of Woolwich Pty Ltd, transforming an old market garden into a high-end residential subdivision on the Northern Beaches.

Services

The scope of works for this project included the following.

  • 2100m of stormwater pit and pipe installation including 2 GPT units.

  • Service reticulation including electrical, lighting, gas, communication, sewer and water.

  • Basin construction including bio-filtration media.

  • 1000m2 of flexible pavement works.

  • 47,000m3 of bulk rock excavation.

  • 115,000m3 of cut-to-fill, including the crushing of rock.

  • Landscaping including street tree, turfing and fencing.

  • Kerb and gutters, concrete footpath.
